Forty years under the hood, now running as software.
Allie-Kat Automations builds Allie OS — hardware, software, and the data that connect across the transportation industry, powered by the only dataset built by working mechanics from real-world confirmed repairs.
One operating system for the vehicle.
Allie OS ties together the physical machine, the software that watches it, and the data that explains it. The same system runs whether it lives in a shop, a fleet office, or a sensor harness bolted under a hood.
Hardware
Sensor kits and embedded modules that read a vehicle directly — purpose-built for trucks, fleets, and specialty builds.
Software
Diagnostics, fleet oversight, and tooling that turn raw signals into decisions a tech or operator can act on.
Data
The confirmed-repair dataset at the core — the fix that actually worked, logged by working mechanics and standing behind every answer.
Built by mechanics. Verified by real repairs.
Most diagnostic data comes from manuals and theory. Allie OS is built on confirmed repairs — the fix that actually worked, logged by people who turned the wrench. That dataset is what every answer rests on, and it grows with every job.
The diagnostic tool that shows its work.
Drop in a VIN and a complaint. Allie walks the fault to root cause one tested step at a time — every step carries the expected value, the measured value, and a badge showing exactly where the answer came from. No black box, no guessing.
The rest of the lineup.
Alongside Diagnostics, three more products are live in the field — all built on the same confirmed-repair data.
Fleet Command
One dashboard for the whole fleet. Vehicle health, alerts, and history across everything running Allie OS — built so an operator sees a problem before it becomes a breakdown.
Open Fleet Command →Ask Allie
Type a question in plain shop language and get a straight answer — backed by real confirmed-repair data and tagged to its source, not a guess.
Open Ask Allie →Allie Edu
A guided tutor for the next generation of builders — it walks students toward the answer with questions instead of handing it over.
Open Allie Edu →The physical layer, tiered to the job.
Allie OS hardware scales from a single vehicle to specialized builds. Every tier runs the same brain — the difference is how deep the install goes.
Core
Essential vehicle intelligence for everyday vehicles.
Elite
Full sensor and software install for maximum visibility.
OTR
Tuned for over-the-road and long-haul trucking.
Livestock
Built for hauling, agriculture, and the work that doesn't stop.
Retro Command
Modern intelligence dropped into classic iron.
Racing
Performance telemetry for the strip and the track.
What's coming next.
The platform keeps expanding into new corners of the transportation world. A look at what's in build.
Allie Marine
Vehicle intelligence for the water. The first hull is in build now, bringing the Allie OS approach to boats.
Retro Command
Classic and restomod builds with a modern brain — full Allie intelligence dropped into vintage iron, headed for the show floor.
Student transportation safety
A patent-pending safety system with a single mission: so no child is ever missed. Details under wraps while patents finalize.
Allie Emergency Systems
Intelligence built for emergency response vehicles — automation tuned to the realities of the people who answer the call.
A technology company that started in a shop.
Allie-Kat Automations was founded by two lifelong friends — both career mechanics — with four decades of combined time under the hood. For years they kept hitting the same wall: the diagnostic tools on the market were built on service manuals and theory, not on what actually puts a truck back on the road. So they started building their own, nights and weekends.
What began as a single diagnostics app grew into Allie OS — a connected platform of software, hardware, and AI for the transportation industry. At the center is something a software company can't fabricate: a dataset of real, confirmed repairs that gets sharper with every job logged. The company is bootstrapped and founder-owned, so no outside money steers the roadmap.
It's built in West Texas, where trucks run hard and downtime is expensive — and it's named after a Belgian Malinois named Allie. One rule runs through everything we make: a tool earns a tech's trust by showing its work. We are not a repair shop, and we don't do on-site repair. We build the tools that make every vehicle smarter.
